In an effort to continually
improve all aspects of our organization, AstroCosmos Metallurgical
will implement and maintain and Environmental Management System that
conforms to the requirements of ISO 14001. This Environmental Management
System will incorporate the following policies:
• Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the environmental aspects and impacts of our operation
• Continual improvement of our Environmental Management System with the goal of reducing adverse impacts on the environment and preventing pollution
• Compliance with and regular review of applicable environmental laws and regulations that apply to environmental aspects of our organization
• Communication with all employees of AstroCosmos Metallurgical regarding the importance of our environmental responsibilities, as well as their responsibilities within the Environmental Management System
• Environmental objectives targets and objectives will be developed by the Environmental Management Team.
Compliance with this Environmental Management System is the responsibility of all AstroCosmos Metallurgical employees. AstroCosmos Metallurgical will appoint a Management Representative who will be responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System. The Environmental Management Representative will communicate progress within the Environmental Management System to the management team on a regular basis.
This policy shall be made available to any interested party upon request.
