Astrocosmos has experience in designing and fabricating vessels up to 130 ft. in length and 15 ft. in diameter.
Reactor vessels, columns, heat exchanges or complete processing systems for corrosive chemicals can be fabricated in titanium, zirconium, tantalum, niobium or their alloys or many high-performance alloys such as Hastelloy.
Astrocosmos can produce fabrications to your design drawings, or we can complete the design for you. Our products are generated for mechanical integrity, workmanship and performance. We typically begin with a customers’ requirements, then work as part of your engineering team to design and build equipment that meets capacity, corrosion resistance, thermal and pressure requirements – all within budget and on schedule.
